FOUNDED IN 2001

By Antonio Cardenas, he developed a device similar to what we use today.
This led Lucas Rockwood to invent the yoga trapeze in Thailand in 2004.

Start learning Yoga Trapeze

Learn the basics

Using 3 sets of handles enhances grip strength and will give you more control whilst working on balance poses. The main seat of the sling will give you comfort whilst working on seated positions and incorporating movements from your area, legs, back and core.

The rig as a whole will give you the experience of an inversion, which will help relieve back pain and de stress your mind.
